Executive Team

Andina AndersonExecutive Managing Director
Andina Anderson has been in the financial industry since 1999. Prior to Tamarac, she worked for Ragen MacKenzie as an Institutional Equity Sales Trader. Andina has been with Tamarac since February of 2006 when she was brought in to lead client support. Her efforts have led to the creation of the client implementation process and the support structure for the company. Her contributions also include the design of a number of key Tamarac software features and input into a new user interface founded on client feedback. She has been instrumental in building Tamarac's Consulting services.

Anderson holds a B.A. with double concentration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Washington, a M.B.A. from the University of Adelaide (Australia), and is Vice President of the Seattle Security Trader's Association.
Clive Matthew SpringerManaging Director, Founder
Matt Springer founded Tamarac in 2000 and currently serves as Managing Director.

Prior to bringing over 11 years of experience in the investment management business to Tamarac, Matt served as Director of Trading for Parametric Portfolio Associates. Under his leadership, his team developed automated separate account management software for taxable investors. He then worked directly with Fortune 100 financial institutions to establish distribution channels for the product.

At Parametric Portfolio Associates, Matt also managed over 1,200 taxable accounts valued at $1 billion as a portfolio manager, co-managed a $200B large cap Equity fund for Smith Barney, and he supervised the trade desk that was responsible for executing domestic and international trades for over $4 billion in assets under management.

Matt holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington, a M.B.A. from Seattle University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Stacey MulierSenior Vice President, Client Relations
As Senior Vice President of Client Relations, Stacey oversees Tamarac’s Account Management, Relationship Management, and Project Management teams.Stacey is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client experience, fostering long-term partnerships with our clients from onboarding of the Tamarac suite through the life of the relationship.

Stacey has worked in the financial services industry since 1995, with experience on both the institutional buy-side and retail sell-side. Before joining Tamarac, Stacey worked at Wells Fargo Advisors managing the Institutional Equity trading desk in Seattle, WA. She has been with Tamarac since August of 2013, when she was brought in to develop and lead the Account Management team.
Tom DabsonSenior Vice President, Engineering
Tom has recently joined Tamarac to head up the engineering department. He and his teams are responsible for building, testing, and shipping all of Tamarac’s latest and greatest features. His combination of engineering experience and a focus on the end user, creates scalable solutions that deliver maximum benefit to our clients.

Prior to joining Tamarac in July 2017, Tom was Executive Director of Technology at Artefact, a technology design company, where he was responsible for the development of a large variety of websites, applications, and concept work. Before that, he spent nearly 10 years helping Allrecipes grow to become the largest digital food presence in the world – as a developer, and then as the head of engineering for all of the international sites.
Sarah RasmussSenior Vice President, Product
Sarah has dedicated her professional life to the financial services industry. After a brief stint at a successful eCommerce startup in the early 2000s, she joined JP Morgan Asset Management in their Retirement Plan Services division. She took on increasing responsibilities in the product organization, eventually running the plan sponsor and participant experiences. After over a decade with JPMorgan, she joined Lockton, the world’s largest privately held insurance company, in building and launching their first direct-to-consumer platform. Most recently, Sarah spent a year as a wealth advisor on the partner track at a local firm in Kansas City. After a move to Seattle in 2019, she joined Tamarac to scale the Product organization for the growth of the future.
Julie WilliamsSenior Vice President, RIA Sales
Julie recently joined Envestnet | Tamarac to lead the RIA sales organization across the Envestnet Wealth Solutions business unit. In this capacity, Julie and her team are responsible for helping to define and execute on the business’ strategic initiatives and sales objectives within the RIA channel. She believes one of the most important aspects of her role is serving as a strong voice and advocate for RIAs and the RIA marketplace in the development and evolution of the Envestnet solutions.

Before joining Envestnet | Tamarac in December 2018, Julie worked at Parametric in institutional sales selling Parametric investment products to pension plans, health care organizations, foundations, and endowments. Before joining Parametric, Julie spent nearly 9 years with the Russell Investments Index team serving as a relationship manager and, during the last three years of her tenure, leading the global relationship management team. In her final role, she had the opportunity to lead the team through an acquisition process by the London Stock Exchange and developed strategies to increase new gross revenue working collaboratively with sales leaders and cross-functional departments.
Phill D. Rogerson, CFASenior Vice President, RIA Wealth Strategy
As SVP, RIA Wealth Strategy Phill is responsible for delivering investment services and solutions to Tamarac’s clients. He joined Envestnet after spending 28 years at Russell Investments where he held the position of Managing Director of Private Client Services. In this role, Phill was responsible for overseeing Russell’s business line serving financial advisors including the development and management of Russell’s investment programs, products, and consulting services.

Phill has also worked as an independent consultant providing business and investment management advice for financial services and asset management firms. Representative engagements have included acting as the Interim Chief Investment Officer for a $20B AUM national investment advisory firm and developing business strategy for institutional investment firms seeking to gather assets from private investors.
